
When to use temporary call flows
- Holidays and seasonal promotions and campaigns: run unique greetings or routing setups during special offers or events.
- In a meeting: Need all your calls to go straight to Sona while you’re unavailable? Toggle a dedicated call flow on and switch right back when you’re done.
How it works
- Go to your phone number’s call flows section on desktop or web.
- Click **+ Create new call flow’**Add a name and emoji so your call flows are easier to identify and manage later.

- Build your call flow as needed (add menus, greetings, routing, etc.).
- Click Publish when you’re ready. This will activate the new call flow and replace your current one. You can re-publish your main call flow at any time.
