You can customize your after-hours messaging and then end incoming calls. This is handy for keeping your customers informed if your team will be unavailable for a planned holiday or sharing a temporary change in business hours.
To play your audio message and end calls after business hour, follow these steps to set your call flow:
- Go to your workspace in OpenPhone on web or desktop.
- Go to Phone Number Settings.
- Toggle Enable business hours on, then select Edit call flow.
- Under your After hours call flow path, select the ellipses menu (three dots) on the top right corner of your voicemail step, then choose Replace step. From here, choose Play audio and Set audio file for options.
- Click Publish changes for your call flow to go live!
