You can customize your after-hours messaging and then end incoming calls. This can come in handy for keeping your customers informed if your team will be unavailable for a planned holiday or sharing a temporary change in business hours. Follow these steps to set your call flow:
- Go to your workspace in OpenPhone on web or desktop.
- To forward your calls after business hours as an Owner or Admin, go to “Phone Number Settings” to configure your “Call Flow” settings.
- Toggle “Enable business hours” on.
- For “Outside business hours”, click “Send to voicemail” to see incoming call destination routing options. Choose “Play audio and then end the call”, which appears at the bottom of the list.
