How to forward your OpenPhone calls to a different number

You may need to forward your OpenPhone calls to another phone number, for example, when you're going on vacation and your team will be answering calls while you're away. 🌴

Here's how to forward calls from your OpenPhone number:

1. To enable Forward all calls, go to the top menu and select Default call flow.

2. Choose Forward all calls from the menu. A modal will appear.

3. Enter the destination number (in your workspace or an external number). 

4. After entering the number, you’ll be taken to the Forward all calls call flow.

Note: This flow cannot include additional steps—you can only change the forwarding destination.

5. To activate your call flow, click Enable this call flow button at the top of the screen.

When your flow is active a Live indicator will appear in the top left corner of the screen.

If you want to switch back to your default call flow, it's easy!

1. Select Default call flow from the dropdown. 
2. click Enable this call flow.

This will disable Forward all calls and publish your default call flow.
