Generate the PIN before submitting the porting request.

1. In the Grasshopper App, go to account settings and tap menu.

2. Select settings > account information.

3. Tap on account info and go to primary PIN.

4. Enter new PIN.

Account number 10 digits, typically the main phone number

In the Grasshopper App, go to Menu > Settings > Account info. The Customer ID is the  account number.

Billing address Must EXACTLY match what Grasshopper has on file Double-check to ensure every detail is correct to prevent delays.
