How to set up the Gong integration

Does your team use Gong or are thinking of using it? With OpenPhone's Gong integration, you can easily analyze all your call interactions that take place from an OpenPhone number. In this guide, we'll show you how to get started and what you can specifically unlock with the integration.

How does the Gong integration work?

The OpenPhone Gong integration can automatically push call recordings to Gong for any phone number(s) you designate in your OpenPhone settings. In OpenPhone you have the option to either auto-record all calls at a phone number level or hit the record button at any time during a live call.
