number appearing as scam likely

In rare cases, due to growing spam prevention regulations, your number may be mislabeled as "Scam likely" by the recipient's carrier. There are three key things you can do to reduce the chances of your number being mislabeled:

  • Register your number
    • Register your business number with the FCC by filling out the US Carrier registration form. Note: STIR/SHAKEN is provided under our business pathway with tax ID number.
    • Then, register your number with Free Caller Registry to verify that you are a legitimate business. Do this by going to your Trust center and scrolling to the Clear Scam Likely labeling section. The information you provide to Free Caller Registry will be sent to major U.S. wireless carriers including T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, and AT&T.
  • Stay compliant - Ensure you comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies including our Terms of Service.
  • Be consistent with your calling behavior - Registered numbers can still be flagged if outbound call patterns show a sudden spike or if consumers file spam or fraud reports against you.
