Has a contact reported to you that your phone number shows as "Scam likely" (or "Suspected spam caller", "Suspected Spam", etc.) when they receive your calls?
In rare cases, due to growing spam prevention regulations, your number may be mislabeled as "Scam likely" by the recipient's carrier. There are three key things you can do to keep your number free from being mislabeled:
1. Register your number - Register your business number with the FCC. Then verify with Free Caller Registry you are a legitimate business. The information you provide to Free Caller Registry will be sent to major U.S. wireless carriers including T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, and AT&T.
2. Stay compliant - Ensure you comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies including our Terms of Service.
3. Be consistent with your calling behavior - Registered numbers can still be flagged if outbound call patterns show a sudden spike or if consumers file spam or fraud reports against you.
