Rogers, a major carrier in Canada, has been reported by some customers as incorrectly labeling messages as spam. Some customers have successfully mitigated this issue in two ways:
- Visit Hiya’s website and complete this form. Hiya is the technology that powers spam detection for Rogers and Bell.
- You can also remove spam labeling by registering for US Carrier Registration, which also registers your phone numbers with STIR/SHAKEN (a protocol mandated by the US Federal Communications Commission which helps reduce fraudulent robocalls).
