How can I manage my subscription?

Owners and Admins of OpenPhone workspace can manage their subscription from the "Plan & billing" settings section. From there, you'll be able to:

  • Change subscription - upgrade to Business or switch your subscription length from monthly to annual or vice versa. Learn more here
  • View upcoming invoices - see when and how much your next payment will be and a breakdown of your subscription(s)
  • View payment methods - see how you're paying and update the credit card you want to use to pay your invoices
  • View receipts - find and download receipts for all periods since the start of your OpenPhone subscription. Receipts are also sent to the email address on file with Stripe. Need older receipts? Please reach out to our support team.
  • Cancel subscription - as much as we don't want to see you go, we make it easy to cancel. We do hope to see you back, though!
