- Must be on a paid OpenPhone plan (not free OpenPhone trial)
- Must use Stripe billing (not iOS App Store subscription)
- Must be the OpenPhone workspace Admin or Owner
- Workspace hasn't trialed Sona before
If I'm not eligible, how can I become eligible for a Sona trial?
- iOS subscribers: When attempting to start your Sona trial, on web or desktop you'll see the message to switch to online payments.
- OpenPhone trial users: You'll see a message to upgrade to a paid OpenPhone plan first.
- Previous trial users: No trial available, must purchase directly
What happens at the end of a Sona trial?
If you do not cancel during your 7-day trial, here's how you keep going and growing with Sona:
- No interruption - Sona continues working seamlessly
- Auto-conversion - Trial automatically converts to paid Sona subscription
- Monthly billing starts - $49/month when billed monthly (or annually, according to the billing cycle of your OpenPhone subscription) + calls beyond the 50 included per month
