Looking to activate your OpenPhone account? You don’t have to wait the full seven days if you’re ready to text and access other features. If you’re ready to commit to OpenPhone, you can end your trial early and start your subscription.
How to end your trial early and get an active account
Keep in mind you must be an owner or admin in your workspace to manage any billing settings, including the option to end your trial early.
Here’s how to end your trial and start your paid subscription:
- Open the OpenPhone web or desktop app.
- Click into Settings.
- Under Workspace, select Plan & billing.
- Click Switch to paid plan now.
Once you become a paying customer, you’ll unlock:
- International calling
- The ability to add more phone numbers than the total amount of users in your workspace
- The ability to change or assign new numbers
- Text messaging to US numbers (after completing US carrier registration); this includes auto-replies, snippets, scheduled messages, and any automated texts sent via Zapier, Make, or the OpenPhone API
- Text messaging from a toll-free number (after completing toll-free registration)
- The option to add caller ID to any US phone numbers in your workspace (after completing US carrier registration)
- The option to subscribe to add Sona as part of your call flows (You can test out adding knowledge and calling Sona during your trial)
