No need to exercise your memory to remember people by their phone numbers or look them up. You can now add, edit, delete and search business contacts specifically in your OpenPhone address book.

This keeps your business and personal address book separate so you always know who you're sending messages to.
How to manage contacts from the iOS or Android app
1. Launch the OpenPhone app.
2. Select the 📕 “Contacts” icon at the bottom right corner.
3. Under “Contacts”, click the + sign on the bottom right.
4. There you can input First and Last name, phone number, email address, and other contact properties.
5. Hit “Save” at the top right corner.
To edit or delete a contact from the mobile app:
1. Launch the OpenPhone app.
2. Select the 📕 “Contacts” icon at the bottom right corner.
3. Select the “Address Book” icon at the bottom right corner. Then tap (or search 🔍) the contact you’d like to change or remove.
4. After selecting a specific contact, you can update any of the contact information or custom properties associated with a contact.
5. If you want to delete that contact, tap the upper right corner icon and select "Delete".
How to manage contacts from the web or desktop app
1. Launch the OpenPhone web or desktop app.
2. Select "Contacts" from the left-hand menu.
3. Click "+" above the search bar.
4. Enter their contact information and any custom properties you want to associate with your new contact.

To edit or delete a contact from the web or desktop app:
1. Launch the OpenPhone web or desktop app.
2. Select "Contacts" from the left-hand menu.
3. Scroll down or use the search bar to locate the contact you'd like to edit or remove.
4. Once you select a specific contact, update any of the information associated with that contact from the right-hand section that pops up. Or delete that contact by clicking "..." below their name and selecting "Delete".

In the web app, simply select the contact and select the "Delete Contact" option which appears beside their contact name.
If by chance you ever delete a contact by accident (Oops!) 🤦♀️ Not to worry, an “Undo” option will pop up on the screen.
