If you work on these tasks in shifts, you can set your availability to get notified during specific work hours (this setting only affects your notifications — not the rest of your team).
Here's how to add a work schedule in OpenPhone:
⭐️ Note: You'll only be able to set the work schedule on the web or desktop app
1. Click "Settings" from the left-hand menu
2. Under "Your account", select "Notifications"
3. Scroll down to the "Work schedule" section and toggle on "Enable work schedule"
4. Set the times in which you are available during the week to take calls and wish to receive notifications.
