Steps to Register

  1. Gather your information:
    • Toll-free number(s) you want to register
    • Business name and contact information
    • Use case for messaging (e.g., customer support, notifications)
  2. Submit your registration:
    • Go to the Carrier Registration section in your OpenPhone dashboard
    • Select “Toll-free registration”

  3. Wait for approval:
    • Carrier review can take 1-3 business days
    • You’ll be notified by email when your registration is approved or if more information is needed
