  • Live chat support access is available in-app for our Scale and Business customers Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT. This is available across OpenPhone on web, desktop, and mobile!
  • If chat is not your preferred channel, you can submit a ticket for email support through this form.

OpenPhone 24/7 support chatbot

To get answers fast, our support chatbot is available to everyone. You can access it anytime through our help center or in-app from the help and support menu.

Accessing chatbot from OpenPhone on web or desktop

1. Log into your OpenPhone web or desktop workspace.

2. Click the ? Help and Support button on the bottom left.

3. Hit Chat with us to launch the chat window. From there, you can ask a question, report an issue, manage your account, and even learn more about OpenPhone!

Accessing chatbot from OpenPhone on mobile

It's just as easy to connect with us for the answers you need on mobile!

  1. From your OpenPhone workspace, click Settings.
  2. Under OpenPhone, click Chat with us.

1. To initiate your chat, navigate to our Resource Center and click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen.
