If you’re on the Scale or Business plan, you can chat with our team live every day of the week, Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time. From web or desktop:
  1. Log into your OpenPhone workspace.
  2. Click the ? Help and Support button in the bottom-left corner. Open the Help and Support menu
  3. Click Chat with us to start a live conversation. Start a live chat
From mobile:
  1. Open the OpenPhone app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Chat with us.
