How to port your number away from Sideline

If you'd like to use your existing Sideline phone number with OpenPhone, we'll be happy to port it for you.

Here's how to unlock your Sideline number for porting:

1. Open the Sideline app

2. Go to Settings

3. Scroll to find the Number Porting section

4. Unlock your Sideline number

You can port out your Sideline number if:

• You originally ported the number into Sideline from another provider

• You are subscribed to Sideline, have an active subscription that you were grandfathered in, or have paid the one-time fee of $19.99 to unlock the number

Once you unlock your Sideline number, you will be provided with your:

• PIN

• Account number

From here, initiate a porting request to OpenPhone by following the steps here!
