How to update to the latest OpenPhone version?

Want to make sure you’re seeing the latest and greatest version of OpenPhone? Here’s how you can across your devices.

Web & desktop app

If you leave OpenPhone open on the browser or desktop app open on your computer and we push out a new update, you’ll see a message to refresh your window to see the latest version of our app.

iOS app

Using an iPhone or iPad? You can ensure you have the latest version of OpenPhone by updating your settings to automatically download app updates on your mobile device (your device will automatically update to the latest version of every app you've downloaded):

1. Open the Settings app and then select "App Store".

2. Toggle on "App Updates".

Android app

On Android devices, you can set up automatic updates for individual apps on your device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap "Menu".

  3. Tap "My apps & games".

  4. Select the app you want to update.

  5. Tap "More".

  6. Tap "Enable auto update".

From your mobile device, you can also follow either of these links to see you have the latest version of OpenPhone and update if needed.
