If a message on OpenPhone delivers to your message’s recipient, then you should see the time the message was delivered displayed in your OpenPhone app. If the message did not deliver, then you’ll see an “undelivered” notification and error message.
However, there are rare occasions where your message will display as if it were delivered but your message’s recipient will claim otherwise. When this occurs, the problem is typically that the messages are being “soft-blocked” by the receiving carrier. This means that the messages are being filtered, but the receiving carrier is not sending us an error notification. It’s also possible that the recipient has opted out of receiving messages from you by replying back “STOP”. For more information on opting-out, please see this article.
