Have a dedicated number in OpenPhone that supports a language other than English? If the primary language you speak on the phone with your business contact isn't English, you can update the default language of voicemail transcriptions. This gives you far more accurate transcriptions.
Here's how to update the transcript language in OpenPhone:

Open your phone number settings.

Select the number you wish to update the transcript settings for.

Scroll down to "Call flow" and click the arrow to the right of "Unanswered calls".

In the "Transcription language" section, select your preferred language from the dropdown menu options.
