How to access Sona AI Agent

We make it easy for you to get started with Sona! Follow these simple steps:

1. 1. Go to the main menu in your OpenPhone workspace.

   2. In the left sidebar, click on the Sona section.

   3. Click on Sona to access the main Sona dashboard. On the Sona dashboard, you'll see:

      • The different inboxes you have admin or owner access to
      • An option to get Sona if you haven't purchased the add-on yet
      • A quick introductory video about Sona

      

            4. To add Sona to an inbox, click on the inbox and then click Add to begin configuration.
