How to update you business hours voicemail greeting on mobile

When you're on the go, OpenPhone makes it easy to change your business hours voicemail using your mobile device!

Setting your business hours gives you full control of when you’re available for calls or texts. When someone calls outside your set business hours in OpenPhone, they immediately hear your away voicemail greeting and know when they can expect to hear from you. To update your business hours voicemail, follow these simple steps:

1. Launch OpenPhone on your mobile device.
2. In the top left corner, tap on your account.
3. Tap on Manage next to your phone numbers.
4. Tap on the OpenPhone number voicemail you'd like to change.
5. Tap Business hours < voicemail
6. Record your new custom greeting for your business or upload an MP3 file.
7. Select the new recording as your voicemail greeting. Once selected, the greeting will have a purple checkmark ✔︎ beside it.
