We hope Sona provides you the 24/7 coverage your customers love and offers you time off when you need it. If you find you want to cancel your Sona add-on and keep your OpenPhone subscription active, follow the simple steps below:
- In your OpenPhone workspace, go to Settings → Plan & Billing.
- Locate the Sona section.
- Click the three dots menu.
- Select Remove Sona.
When you cancel:
- Sona will immediately stop handling incoming calls.
- All Sona steps in your call flows will automatically be replaced with voicemail steps, to ensure your calls are handled. Don't worry about calls being missed when you switch!
- You'll receive a credit for the remaining time in your billing period, which will be applied to your OpenPhone account.
The great news is that you can add Sona back to your subscription at any time!
