How do I report a bug?

If you ever find a problem with OpenPhone, we'd love to hear from you. To report a bug, please submit a request here. We're happy to help!

Please include a few important details for our reference:

  • Brief description of the issue

  • Area of the product that the problem is occurring

  • What OpenPhone app is this affecting (iOS, Android, Mac, or web)

  • The browser or app version you’re using

  • Any screenshots or screen recordings illustrating the issue

Once we know of an issue, we can either provide troubleshooting steps or escalate the issue to our Engineering team. If the issue requires input from a developer, it may not be solved right away. However, we'll do our best to have a fix for the issue in future updates to the app!
