Using a PIN in order to log into your account is a safe and easy way to keep all your business contacts and information safe. It also prevents you from having to remember yet another password, which we know can end up being quite a few. 🙃
Signing in with a PIN
In order to sign in, follow these simple steps:

Launch OpenPhone app on your phone, the Mac, or web app.

Enter the email address you used to create an account (forgot it? Please submit a request here. We're happy to help!)

A 6-digit code will be sent to your email.

Check your email for the PIN number. It should look like the image below and come from noreply@openphone.co (don't see it in your inbox? check your junk folder just in case!)
5. Hit "Continue" and you're in!
Resetting your password
To reset your password:
If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps.

Launch OpenPhone app on your phone, the Mac, or web app.

Enter the email address you used to create an account.

Click "Use password instead".

Select "Forgot Password", then "Send recovery email".

The recovery email should be sent to your email on file. From here, you can reset your password.
